Did you actually draw the pattern in her hair? If so that's impressive.

The galaxy part I did not. However, I did edit the colors and attempted to make the hues fit more into the piece. I also added quite a few more stars. The white lines are something that I drew as well.
Why do have so few followers? If your recent submissions are an indication of things to come then I'm excited. This may not be perfect, but doing experiments like this is a sign that you're pushing yourself. I love the stillness in some parts in contrast to the rapid movement in others. Combined with the desaturated colors it looks like an old photo, and I can almost feel the girl about to move.
That means a lot to me. Thanks for the review! ;)
Do people avoid staring at your head?
maybe
I would love this as my ipod wallpaper.
Hey, wallpaper away.
It's cool, but the reason I don't usually review stuff like this is I don't get why it has to be so pandering. You and other people who do this could just as easily give shoutouts in the comments. I just don't get it.
Fuck pandering, I pander to no one but myself. Just somethings are so esoteric they can be misconstrued. Thanks for the review.
Your simplistic style is very eye catching, and a real inspiration to me. This is a really good start but even something this simple could be a lot more detailed, it's just a matter of cleaning it up. Keep up the good work and I hope you put away some time to do something that might not be as big but shows what you're capable of.
Thank you very much for your advice. I need lots of improvement!
Nice, did you use a reference? Copying something from real life is the fastest way to learn.
Yes
It's about time I got to reviewing this. I looked through your gallery and while your other work shares similar qualities, this one stands out from the rest. I would say the biggest factor at play here is the focus of the drawing, nothing is pulling my attention away from the puppy like in some of your other works, and all the elements are complementing the focus. There's no excess, it "gets right to the point" if you will. On top of that you basically nailed the rest of the requirements, great colors, great comp, great style. Well done, I hope to see more like this one.
Thank you for the insightful comment! That is so true, I almost always get carried away with my drawings, it's like some strange OCD of mine.
Yeah the tail is a bit dark, it's hard to link with the leopard so I didn't notice it at first. The tree on the right is a bit too purple, it needs to be less saturated or there has to be something else to balance it out, otherwise it sort of sticks out. Also whether or not it was part of the commission, I don't like that you gave it human hands, just personal taste.
For all that, you still a 5 because it's just too gorgeous to give anything less.
I don't care for the hands either but that is specifically what the commissioner asked. A feral with anthro hands.
Quality work as always, It's worth putting in the time to get this level of detail.
Thank you! =D Yes it is worth, even when I don't see it half way through! lol
If you're a fan of your own work, then you'll be fine ~ Start small. If you can't, then start smaller ~ If you don't love what you put out, don't expect anyone else to
