I want to study your study. This is really good work and I also loved that movie.

MY GO-

...I need a moment.

Hitler would be disappointed.

whats up with jews?

Great job on the hair and background! You could've maybe added a few strands near where the forehead ends to give a more natural look, but I'm nitpicking.

Fun picture that's easy on the eyes, good job!

Wow! How did you get the effect of hard light? Did you choose all the colors from the start or did you use some sort of preset?

Colors as per everypicture were picked as I went on, I just go with the flow sadly...
Any effect Aside from the WHITE highlights on her body aren't actually effects, I painted those with normal brushes...

Ok maybe with a lil help with color dodge...

I like the simplistic style and monochromatic theme. My only complaint is her eye is way too low which makes it look weird.

Indeimaus responds:

I like weird :3

Nice thumbnail, but when I saw it I was very let down. The hair doesn't look natural at all and you used bright colors quite carelessly. There a lot more to say but if you just made the rest of it look like the face this would be passable.

hot DAMN! That's gorgeous.

I don't like the composition. The "camera" is zoomed so far out as if the focus of the drawing is the landscape, but you put half as much effort in the landscape that you put into the tiny figure. The end result looks like a jumbled landscape with a person who doesn't feel like they belong in it.

Sorry for the harsh words. I do feel that they would be excellent separately, and everything else about it is good. Just try to keep to one style, like if you created the landscape fast and loosely and kept the shadows ambiguous, do the same thing for the flying dude.

Voinaimir responds:

That's a solid observation - the figure was actually remarkably slapdash, while most of the time on this piece was spent on the clouds.
Still - I see what you're saying, and thanks for the review!

If you're a fan of your own work, then you'll be fine ~ Start small. If you can't, then start smaller ~ If you don't love what you put out, don't expect anyone else to
