I feel like if you used photo elements then you ought to disclose that or mark the piece as a collage, it just seems shady if you don't. If you did paint that sky then good job, if you didn't it's still a pretty nice piece.

Almost perfect, the only thing that bothers me is how it was cropped. It seems like you took into account the background characters when cropping, but if you isolate the fish guy you can see that he's way too far to the right. And even if you don't buy that, his pose is still one that asks to be centered. It feels like the balance is off otherwise.

As a general note your anatomy and gesture is really solid across your portfolio, I would say that's where your art stands out the most. Your characters are always in unique poses like you're trying to challenge yourself, and that's something I will always get behind. You've got a sub.

hey Luckytime!
Yes, I see your point, this was my first tradig card work and got a bit dizzy on how to work on that small format (and show somehow the card description , that was for my surprise , very detailed XD

I really appreciate your feedback and your Sub! I try to do my best to keep my work better an ineresting! :3

Thanks for your support!

Are you selling this as a print? I almost never buy prints.

I like how exaggerated the puffiness of the jacket looks.

StringMaker responds:

Thanks, it was very satisfying to paint!

In case anyone is confused, Lucanii did not draw the lines, he added color to Deathink's drawing.
You two make a great team, however this is the definitive version imho.

Lucanii responds:

Thx! Yeah, I just felt that Deathink's original piece needed some more dramatic lighting and coloring to bring out all those cool details.

Now if someone could pls animate it, something like this: http://michelvictor.deviantart.com/gallery/

that would be awesome.

You nailed the style perfectly. Case in point, Evangelion is what I thought of when I saw the thumbnail. Good job!

Amazing job, you have a way with soft lighting that I admire a great deal.

Don't upscale your drawings after you're done with them, it just ruins anything redeeming they previously had. If you want a high resolution drawing then start at the resolution you intend to finish with. That's really my biggest problem with this.

Thanks for the tip c:

I searched for Tsuyu art last week and this didn't come up, if you tagged your art more people would end up seeing it.

SpecterWhite responds:

Oh, you're right. Thanks, I never actually tagged my stuff :P

My first thought: "Wow Geno has gotten really good!"

I'm terrible.

G3no responds:

thanks for the feedback,

i can make stuff way better than this, the style is just different. the drawing itself was made in 2013 , i colored it quickly today to make it look more complete

If you're a fan of your own work, then you'll be fine ~ Start small. If you can't, then start smaller ~ If you don't love what you put out, don't expect anyone else to
