Extremely lit for the most part. The perspective is very pleasing to look at and the colors, comp, lighting, depth, pose etc. are all great. The anatomy and proportions just need a little attention. For example: her right hand reminds me of this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5t_tgiWatvs and there's a noticeable lack of definition between her neck and her chest where the clavicle should be. Her left knee is also too pointy and you shouldn't be able to see that much of the top of her head from a low perspective.
Edit: notice how the artist exclusively responded to the only two reviews that had a hint of criticism? I have wrote about this phenomenon in great detail in my blog post, section 3: https://luckytime.newgrounds.com/news/post/1054554 Give it a read when you have some time.

Making water look right is not an easy thing to do. Pleasing from far away but I took a closer look, the deep-fried effects took away the luster. Still, I appreciate what you were going for.
This is unique
r/bigtittymothgf Amazing as usual.
Good job on your ~0.07 points of improvement in 4 years, this is why your mother and I told you to forget about art as a career path and join the military.
Edit: But seriously, this is fantastic. Yes, it can be improved, but given the nature of Rick & Morty as a cartoon which oozes stylistic design, you can get away with more. The concept is still great and look how big it is! That said, third time's the charm.
I'LL SHOW YOU DAD! EVEN IF IT KILLS ME!
If you're a fan of your own work, then you'll be fine ~ Start small. If you can't, then start smaller ~ If you don't love what you put out, don't expect anyone else to
