Ridley might just be too sassy for smash.
I never considered playing as princess peach but I am willing to try daisy. I like how much more of a free spirit she is (also luigi). I guess that's the genius of Nintendo, they have something for everyone.
The lighting is amazing. The eyes are a great focal point; making them the only saturated thing in the drawing really makes them stand out.
36 pixels away from being my new wallpaper ;)
I love everything about this... except the random line-weight variation. If it's part of your style then knock it off... or be a little more discerning with it. Other than that it's perfect.
do you mean the extreme changes in the line weight? if so i want to try to get better with that, theres some artists that make super appealing stuff that way and id like for it to look that way. if you mean something else with that id be more than glad to hear!
thank you for your input!
Few people are doing art like this, the only other one that comes to mind is Butzbo. Keep doing fresh stuff like this.
Thanks, I have to search Butzbo now!
Dope. - half a star because it's small.
As great as this work is, I can see this contributing to the "Disney effect" where some impressionable mind will look at this and think this is how real life is like. Careful what you put out there. The bigger you get, the more important it is that you consider these things.
Not sure if joke but thanks for your concern!
Love the gradients and the atmospheric effects and colors. The shadow directly underneath his feet isn't perfect but hey, that's life.
Thanks man, Hhehe yeah, should keep the area more polished. Thanks dude!
If you're a fan of your own work, then you'll be fine ~ Start small. If you can't, then start smaller ~ If you don't love what you put out, don't expect anyone else to
